Order conditions
Leotard prices
Prices are per unit and vary with size and modifications. Made-to-measure leotards have a €15 surcharge. Orders of more than 20 leotards receive a 10% discount on the total order. Applicable taxes are shown on the product page and in the final amount before payment.
Decoration
Base prices exclude crystals. The options for each design show the decoration available. Photographs are illustrative: colours, decoration and accessories such as chiffon skirts or fringes may vary. The specifications requested in each order will be followed. The number and colour of crystals may differ from the photographs.
Alterations
The company undertakes alterations on one occasion, after establishing the cause and discussing the case individually. If there are serious measuring errors, the customer bears the costs. Alterations must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Do not add crystals or other decoration before an alteration. Leotards ordered with a size adjustment cannot be returned.
No alteration or return claims are accepted after the customer has worn or modified the leotard. Return shipping for alterations is paid by the company unless the error is the customer's, in which case the customer pays. Our leotards are handmade rather than made with industrial machines; small imperfections are not considered manufacturing errors or defects.
Quotes and orders
Order directly from the chosen design or request a quote using the form. Only these two ordering methods are accepted, not WhatsApp or telephone orders.
Fitting samples
For school orders of at least 15 units, fitting leotards require a refundable €30 deposit. The fitting period is limited to one week, and sample leotards must be returned in perfect condition. Samples are subject to availability; we recommend reserving approximately two months in advance. Samples cover sizes 6 to 16. Request fitting samples in the quote form. For made-to-measure orders, contact us through the form and consult the size chart.
Delivery date
The delivery time is confirmed when ordering and may vary slightly with workload. Contact us to confirm it.
Shipping
Orders are sent by private courier. Mainland Spain: €8–15 depending on volume. Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €15–20 depending on volume. Europe: €15–25 depending on destination and volume.
Payment
Payment is by bank card or PayPal. Orders of up to 5 leotards are paid in one payment when ordering. Orders are not dispatched until 100% of the amount is paid.
Other information
VIP club products are exclusively for authorised customers of those clubs. Contact natikaleotard@gmail.com for information. Products requiring a password belong to a VIP collection.
The current delivery time stated in these conditions is one week; confirm availability and timing before ordering. We have a physical shop with stock and an outlet section, open from October to May. For queries or complaints, use our virtual assistant or email natikaleotard@gmail.com.
All our leotard designs are designed, printed, sublimated, decorated and made in our facilities in Talamanca de Jarama. We use Lycra made in Spain and Epson sublimation inks. Our leotards use a single printed fabric rather than separate pieces. Skin-coloured areas are Lycra, not skin-coloured tulle.
